Universal processing machine manufactured by Marcos Inox, suitable for the preparation and processing of a wide range of products, including processed cheese, convenience foods, vegan spreads and confectionery. The machine is equipped with an electrically driven agitator for efficient product mixing, featuring a 3.3 kW motor operating at 380–420 V and 7.8 A. The lid incorporates injection ports for the direct injection of culinary steam into the product, as well as an integrated temperature sensor for monitoring the product temperature during processing. The double-jacketed processing bowl is designed for temperature-controlled processing. The bowl can be hydraulically tilted to facilitate product discharge.
