System for the pressureless production of aqueous chlorine dioxide
solution This system enables the pressureless production of an aqueous
chlorine dioxide solution. The two starting materials are fed into a
reaction vessel one after the other via peristaltic pumps. The liquid
level in the vessel is monitored by a level probe, ensuring a correct
mixing ratio of 1:1. The operating time of the peristaltic pumps is
also monitored and controlled by the software to ensure precise
dosing. After the reaction time, the resulting chlorine dioxide
solution is rinsed with water in the storage tank and then dosed to
the point of use using a diaphragm dosing pump and a dosing valve. Our
team at VBW Asset Trade will be happy to answer your questions. Send
