Overview This RINK KM 690/4K empty bottle unscrewing machine,
manufactured in 01/2012, is designed for the automatic removal of
screw caps from returnable empty bottles directly inside the crate.
The machine is installed in the empty bottle infeed section and
removes screw closures before the bottles are transported further
towards the bottle washer. The machine is equipped with 4 units, each
with 4 x 3 unscrewing heads, allowing multiple bottles to be processed
in parallel inside the crate. In operation, the crates are transported
continuously under the unscrewing sections. The head units lower
cyclically onto the bottles, unscrew the closures and then return to
the upper home position. The machine is operated via a Siemens SIMATIC
Panel touch display integrated into the stainless steel control
