Palletizer and Depalletizer YASKAWA, PROFIPACK NX100

Overview This crate palletizing and depalletizing line was integrated in 2006 by Profipack Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH (Austria) around two Yaskawa Motoman NX100 articulated robots - one palletizing cell and one depalletizing cell - together with a Logipack vertical pallet strapper. It is still installed at a German brewery, where it palletized and depalletized crates for beer, CSD and mineral water production until the whole line was stopped. Because it served multiple product lines, it handles a wide variety of crate formats on Euro pallets. The machine can be visited on request.
