Variable-speed mixing and stirring, together with reversible agitator
rotation, ensure excellent product homogeneity throughout the
process., The machine offers two independent heating methods. Direct
steam injection enables rapid product heating for applications
requiring fast temperature increase, while jacket heating provides
gentle and uniform heating using steam or hot water. Following the
heating phase, the product can be cooled through the vessel jacket
using chilled water, allowing precise temperature control throughout
